We have a team that "watches" your network, so we respond imeediately with company wide emergencies or say if User Sally needs help operating outlook or sending a large email.
How do I know that your doing everything that you say?
Depending on your schedule, we have week and monthly reporting that shows you what were doing for you, how much time we spend and how effificent we are in resolving your issues.
You get details charting of how your backups are doing, Antivirus updates, and network uptime so you can start to see that your network is really working the way it should.
Why don't we just hire someone full-time?
Hiring a fulltime employee used to be a good idea if they are a specialized individual. With today's networks and systems, 1 full-time person spends too much time on paperwork. The 2 biggest reasons why NOT to hire full time is: Paying Benefits and vacation time and having a TEAM to deal with your needs vs 1 person. What TVG does is a take a comprehensive approach to either learning that product, forming a solid relationship with that vendor, testing the product and then we cansite with you and say we have everything we need to support your product. If we need have a partner support a product, we will include that in our services.
