When we first contacted Garett and TVG consulting, we were a little over a week away from doubling the size of our company in one day, with a new sales department being added. With that came a mess of technical considerations that I simply did not have time to coordinate and see through to completion. Within a matter of a couple days TVG had coordinated with the seller of our new phone system, set up appointments to re-wire the entire office, began troubleshooting some networking issues, and set up install dates for new voice and data lines through our local carrier and Verizon. These guys took what was an impossibly complex problem, planned it out and executed right on time and with great precision. It really has been one of the most exceptional examples of project management I have ever seen. Thanks to TVG, we are up and ready to go for our new sales team coming in tomorrow morning.
